The CCS - devoted to providing support services programs which foster self-reliance through empowerment.

For over 75 years now the not-for-profit CCS-Catholic Community Services has been actively serving those in our community most in need of a helping hand:

  • Seniors, often isolated and neglected;
  • The homeless and those who go hungry every day;
  • Children living in poverty, with few opportunities to live as children should;
  • People living with HIV/AIDS, too often ostracized by society while fighting a serious disease.

The volunteers and staff at the CCS work tirelessly to provide those things, big and small, that most of us take for granted.

Our goal is simple: impact in a significant, positive way the lives of those experiencing difficulties and stresses, and encourage self-empowerment and self-fulfillment in all those who can use a hand up.

Our work is made possible first of all through donations from all corners of our society, and we invite you to be generous and help the CCS keep on helping others. Your gift can help a senior live independently, put food on the plate of a person in need, send a child to camp, or provide comfort, material or otherwise, to a person living with illness.

We also invite you to join in our efforts as a volunteer, and develop your full potential while lending a valuable helping hand. Your talents and your time are crucial to allowing us to provide the services we do.
